- Imaging and investigations (X-rays, MRI, CT, ultrasound)
- Medicare card and private health insurance card
- List of current medications
- Any previous operative notes or specialist letters
- A list of your questions
What Happens at Your Consultation
Dr Cundy will take a full medical history, perform a physical examination, review your imaging, and explain his findings in plain language. You will leave with a clear diagnosis and a plan — whether that is further investigations, physiotherapy, or arrangements for surgery.
