Lily Durnford – Business Manager

Lily is the friendly, capable presence behind the smooth running of our practice. With extensive experience in practice management, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a tireless work ethic to everything she does. But what truly sets Lily apart is her genuine care for our patients.

Whether it’s answering a question, sorting out an appointment or helping you find your way through the paperwork, Lily is dedicated to making every visit as easy and stress-free as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lily, and she takes real joy in knowing our patients feel supported every step of the way.

Combined with being a country girl at heart, she brings the steady, down-to-earth resilience, along with a practical know-how and sharp intuition that help her read a situation and know exactly what’s needed.

Natasha Vanehouse – Personal Assistant

Natasha brings a lifetime of experience to our team. A retired midwife, she has spent many years working across a wide spectrum of health care, and her depth of knowledge is matched only by her warmth.

Natasha treats every patient like one of her own family, offering comfort, reassurance and a listening ear whenever it’s needed. Her laugh is never far away, and she has a wonderful knack for putting people at ease.

And if there’s a newborn in the room, you’ll likely find Natasha first in line for a cuddle.

Kate Walker – Clinical Nurse

Kate is a warm and welcoming face in our clinic, with extensive nursing experience to match. She has been the heart of our treatment rooms for 25 years.

She also works in day surgery at Memorial Hospital, so she knows first-hand what patients can expect before, during and after their procedure.

Kate’s expertise covers everything from pre-admission care to cast application, cast removal and wound management. She takes pride in explaining things clearly, answering every question and helping patients feel prepared and at ease.

Preston Harrison – Clinical Nurse

Preston is an experienced clinical nurse (CN) who brings a wealth of hands-on expertise to our team. As the Orthopaedic Liaison Nurse, he will be a familiar face on the ward for your post-operative care.

Alongside his work with us, he also works in recovery at Memorial Hospital, giving him a thorough understanding of the full surgical journey from start to finish.

Preston is highly skilled in all aspects of pre-admission care and complex discharge planning, as well as cast application and wound care. With his calm, friendly manner, he makes sure every patient feels well looked after and confident about the next step in their care.
